To ensure each piece meets our high standards, our cutters and rollers are meticulously crafted through a thoughtful design process and 3D printing technology. There is a production time of three to five days, depending on the complexity of the design.

Product Care and Customisation
Absolutely! All we need is an image of the design to be replicated and the required dimensions.
Yes! Your pieces can be packaged in a gift box with tissue paper instead if requested with no additional cost. Cards are also offered.
- Avoid using perfume or any aerosol products near the earrings. Clean dirty earrings with a soft, damp cloth. A Q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol can help clean clay pieces with tough stains like makeup.
- Do not wet polymer clay earrings; avoid wearing them in the shower or in bodies of water.
- Store your earrings in a cool dry place when you are not wearing them. Avoid places where sharp objects can scratch the surface.
- Refrain from sleeping in your earrings, as this could increase the risk of the post breaking off from the clay piece.
- You can refresh your brass pieces with a mixture of lemon juice and baking soda. Golden stainless-steel findings can be lightly cleaned with a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol.
- Prolonged exposure to sunlight will cause discolouration and soften the resin-coated pieces.
